Sayla — AI Browser
A fast, private, AI-integrated Android browser. Local history. No accounts. No tracking. No ads. Just the web — cleanly, quickly, and privately.
A Browser You Can Actually Trust
The idea for Sayla came from watching how people actually browse the web on their phones — fighting ads, dodging trackers, juggling six open tabs, and losing their place every time they switch apps. Browsers today are either bloated with telemetry, cluttered with ad networks, or locked into an ecosystem that decides what you should see.
Every day, billions of people open a browser to read a news article, look up an answer, check a bank balance, or search for something private. And every one of those sessions generates data — often without the user knowing — that gets sold, analyzed, or stored indefinitely.
There are browsers for this. But most of them are ad-heavy, tracked, bloated, cloud-locked, region-locked, or AI-locked behind a paid subscription. We asked a simple question: why should opening a web page require trusting a company that profits from what you read?
Sayla was built to answer that question. It's a fast, private, offline-first browser for the three things that actually matter when browsing: reading the web cleanly, searching with AI, and keeping your data yours.
Three Layers of the Browser Problem
Most browsers only address one. Sayla solves all three.
The Reading Layer
Pages must load fast, work on slow networks, and not get hijacked by pop-ups, cookie banners, or auto-playing videos. Sayla's WebView engine loads pages cleanly and gives you desktop mode for sites that break on mobile.
The Searching Layer
Sometimes a search box isn't enough. You want to ask a question in plain English and get an answer, not ten blue links. Sayla includes built-in AI Search — Perplexity, You.com, Phind, Gemini, and ChatGPT — without leaving the app.
The Privacy Layer
When you browse, you shouldn't have to trust anyone. Sayla stores your history, tabs, bookmarks, and settings only on your device. Nothing syncs. Nothing uploads. Nothing is tracked. Clear everything with one tap.
Seven Things. Done Right.

Credits
Sayla is designed and built by Awan IGD.
Special thanks to the AndroidX team for WebView, CameraX, ML Kit, Room, and Material Components — the pillars that made this app possible.
And thanks to every person who has ever wanted to look something up without being watched.
Free. Forever.
Sayla is free, and there are no plans to change that. It exists as a public-good project — a way to demonstrate that a fast, private browser can be delivered to ordinary people without a business model that treats user data as inventory.
The app is funded entirely by Awan IGD's other products and services. If users want to support the project, the About screen includes a welfare donation link.
The Web, Cleanly, Quickly, Privately
Sayla isn't trying to be the biggest browser. It's trying to be the one you can actually trust — because it can't do anything except what it says.
No servers. No accounts. No tracking. No ads. Just the web, cleanly, quickly, and privately — kept on your phone, owned by you.
That's the whole idea. Everything else is implementation.
