A Childhood Forged by Fire

At the age of 11, Bilal Rasheed lost his father — a moment that could have ended a childhood but instead forged a lifetime of discipline and purpose. By 14, he was already working, refusing to let circumstance define his future.

While others his age studied full-time, Bilal balanced labor, education, and self-learning. He completed his Matriculation in 2020 and FA in 2022 — both as a private candidate — while holding down demanding jobs.

"I did not have the resources, but I had the resolve. And that has always been enough."

On 25 June 2026, that resolve became something bigger. Bilal founded Awan IGD — not just a software company, but a platform for national impact. A company built on the belief that technology should serve the many, not just the few.
